The Delaware County Economic Impact Analysis of the New York City Land Acquisition Program

has prompted inquiries as to what County residents can do to let their concerns or lack thereof, be known and to whom should they direct their comments.

Second, there are a number of senior level state and federal agency staff who will play a role in the future of the Land Acquisition Program.  They have been involved in recent negotiations and will be involved when New York City goes through the application process to continue purchasing land in Delaware County.  That process will begin in January of 2010 with the anticipation that New York City will receive the permit in January of 2012.
